About me

Hi, I am Emily! I am an integrative counsellor working with a variety of counselling models to help you find calm in yourself which in turn can open up growth and change in your life. I also work with children from a young age to encourage integration of primitive retained reflexes. This can be very helpful for children who have or thought to have autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia among many other conditions which can be hard to work with using talking therapy alone. I can combine the two together if needed, being able to support you to move past any barriers which retained reflexes may have had on your life and any mental barriers. I offer a calm and compassionate space allowing you talk freely without judgement.
